Emile Salame: Presentations

Emile Salame, owner of the London-based company Cornerstone Asset Advisors, has a master’s degree in finance from Bayes Business School (London). Cornerstone Asset Advisors is an independent real estate consultancy company that offers a variety of services designed to guides its clients throughout the entire property investment journey. The company is concerned with investment optimisation on behalf of its clients and seeks to maximise their return on investment. Advice is offered to enhance yield or profit and extract the most out of an investment.

The team at Cornerstone Asset Advisors also has the industry expertise and experience to manage a property or portfolio of properties in the capital on behalf of its clients, serving as a point of contact for third parties including tenants, contractors and letting agents.

Mr Salame co-founded the from-home baking enterprise Sweet Act, which made and sold cakes and other treats before donating the entirety of its profits to various different charities. Sweet Act ran for many years before the advent of the global pandemic, which necessitated its closure.

To relax, Mr Salame enjoys cooking for and with his family and sampling new foods and dishes from around the world. He likes travelling and particularly enjoys going on road trips with his family.
